We're building modern, high-performance web applications for clients and internal products — and we need a React & Next.JS developer who knows how to build them right. You'll own the frontend architecture on key projects, collaborate with designers and backend engineers, and take responsibility for performance, SEO, and user experience from first load to last interaction.
- Build performant, server-side-rendered web applications using Next.JS 14+
- Develop reusable, well-structured React components with clean state management
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into frontend applications
- Implement SEO best practices including metadata, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and code reviews
- 2–4 years of production experience with React.JS and Next.JS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/Tailwind
- Hands-on experience with state management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux)
- Understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR in Next.JS and when to use each
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Vercel or similar deployment platforms
- Eye for design and attention to responsive, accessible UI implementation
- Work on real-world products with full frontend ownership
- Opportunity to grow into a lead or architect role
- Modern tech stack — no legacy nightmares
- Flexible hybrid arrangement + competitive salary
As our Full Stack Developer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of web projects — from database schema and API design to frontend implementation and deployment. You're the kind of developer who doesn't stop at "it works on my machine." You care about performance, security, scalability, and the experience of the person clicking the button. This role is high-impact, high-autonomy, and ideal for someone who thrives with ownership.
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications from end to end
- Develop scalable REST or GraphQL APIs using Node.JS, Express, or similar frameworks
- Build responsive frontends using React.JS or Next.JS
- Manage databases — SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Handle deployment, monitoring, and DevOps on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce quality standards
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience in production environments
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack — React on frontend, Node on backend
- Hands-on experience with database design, query optimisation, and ORM tools
- Familiar with authentication systems, API security, and data protection best practices
- Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure basics
- Strong problem-solver who communicates clearly and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Full technical ownership over major client and internal projects
- Path to Technical Lead or CTO-track as we scale
- Above-market compensation with performance-linked growth
- Hybrid work + modern tech stack + zero micromanagement
